SHUGABANCIN MACE A MUSULUNCI: 1. Malaman Musulunci sun yi sabani a kan halaccin shugabancin mace, dalilin wannan sabani nasu kuwa shi ne irin yadda fahimtarsu ta saba wa juna game da wani ingantaccen hadithin Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah, Hadithi na 4425 wanda Imamul Bukhari ya ruwaito daga Sahabi Abuu Bakrah ya ce:- (( ﻟﻘﺪ ﻧﻔﻌﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻜﻠﻤﺔ ﺳﻤﻌﺘﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺍﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺪﺕ ﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﺑﺄﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻞ ﻓﺎﻗﺎﺗﻞ ﻣﻌﻬﻢ . ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻟﻤﺎ ﺑﻠﻎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺍﻥ ﺃﻫﻞ ﻓﺎﺭﺱ ﻗﺪ ﻣﻠﻜﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﺑﻨﺖ ﻛﺴﺮﻯ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻟﻦ ﻳﻔﻠﺢ ﻗﻮﻡ ﻭﻟﻮﺍ ﺃﻣﺮﻫﻢ ﺍﻣﺮﺃﺓ )) Ma’ana: ((Hakika Allah Ya amfane ni da wata kalma da na ji daga Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin Allah a kwanukan Jamal bayan na yi kusa in fada cikin sahun mutanen Jamal in yi yaki tare da su. Ya ce: Lokacin da labari ya riski Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin Allah cewa mutanen Farisa sun nada wa kansu Yar Kisraa a matsayin sauniyarsu sai ya ce: “Ba za su rabauta ba mutanen da suka jagorantar da wata mace lamarinsu)). Masanin ilmin Hadithi Al-Haafiz Ibnu Hajar ya ce cikin littafinsa Fathul Baarii 7/735 a lokacin da yake yi wa wannan Hadithi sharhi:- (( ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻥ ﺗﻠﻲ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺀ ﻗﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻮﺭ، ﻭﺃﺟﺎﺯﻩ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺮﻱ، ﻭﻫﻲ ﺭﻭﺍﻳﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ، ﻭﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﺗﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺗﺠﻮﺯ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ )). Ma’ana: ((Hana mace ta jibinci Mulki da Alkalanci magana ce ta masu rinjaye cikin Malamai. Amma (Imaamut) Tabarii ya halatta hakan, haka nan wata riwayar fatawa ma daga (Imamu) Maalik. Daga Abuu Hanifah kuwa mace tana iya yin Alkalanci cikin mas’alolin da ake karbar shidar mata a cikinsu)). 2. A mazhabar Hanafiyyah halal ne mace ta yi sarutar da za a rika kiran ta Suldan, saboda ya zo cikin babban littafin mazhabar Hanafiyyah mai suna Al-Bahrur Raa’q 7/5 wanda Imam Ibnu Nujaim ya wallafa kamar haka:- (( ﻭﺃﻣﺎ ﺳﻠﻄﻨﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ؛ ﻭﻗﺪ ﻭﻟﻲ ﻣﺼﺮ ﺇﻣﺮﺓ ﺗﺴﻤﻰ ﺷﺠﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺭ ﺟﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﺑﻦ ﺃﻳﻮﺏ )). Ma’ana: ((Amma Saldanarta (watau mace ta yi saruatar da za a rika kiranta Sultan) to wannan kam ingantacce ne, saboda wata mace mai suna Shajaratud Durr Yantacciyar Kuyangar Sarki As-Salih Bin Ayyub ta mulki Kasar Masar)). Watau mace ta zamanto Shugaban Kasar Nigeria, ko Niger, ko India, ko abin da ya yi kama da haka wannan babu laifi a cikinsa. Domin wannan ba’a kiransa Al- Khilafar Kubraa. 3. Masu rinjaye cikin Malamai suna ganin fadar Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah: ((Ba za su rabauta ba mutanen da suka jagorantar da wata mace al’amarinsu)) hakan yana nufin Annabi ya haramta wa mace yin ko wani mulki ne. Wannan shi ya sa suka ce haramun ne mace ta yi shugabanci. Sun karfafa fahimtarsu da wasu bayanai da dama, to amma dai ginshikin hujjarsu shi ne Hadithin Abu Bakrah da muka ambata a sama. 4. Amma su mara sa rinjaye cikin Malamai su ganin cewa wannan Hadithin yana nufin mutanen Kasar Farisa na wancan lokacin ne kadai ba wai hukunci ba ne tabbatacce a bisa ko wace mace cikin ko wace Al’umma kuma a cikin ko wane zamani ba, dalili kuwa shi ne: Su wadannan mutane na daular Farisa da Annabi ya yi wannan maganar a kansu hakika ba su rabautan ba, saboda nan da nan mulkinsu ya rushe suka koma karkashin Daular Musulunci, amma wannan ba ya nufin haramcin mulkin mace, ko cewa duk inda mace ta yi mulki to jama’ar wurin ba za su yi nasara ba, saboda a bangarorin Duniya da yawa Mata sun yi mulki kuma daulolin da suka mulka ba su rushe ba, a gaskiya ma an yi ta samun ci gaba ne a lokacin mulkin nasu, lalle kuwa da maganar Annabi cikin wannan Hadithin tana nufin ko wace Al’umma ce cikin ko wane zamani to da kuwa dole ne dukkan inda mace ta yi mulki daular wurin ta rushe sannan al’ummar wurin su tabe su kasa samun nasara cikin lamuransu, saboda dukkan abin da Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah ya fada to dole he ya faru. 5. Sannan shi wannan Hadithi da Sahabi Abu Bakrah ya ruwaito ya ambata shi ne domin ya ba da hujjarsa ta rashin shiga cikin rundunar da take karkashin Nana A’isha a yakin Jamal, sboda a fahimtarsa hadithin yana hana mace shugabanci, ga shi kuma a nan Nana A’isha ce take yin shugabancin!! A nan ya kamata a fahimci cewa ba dukkan Sahabbai ba ne suke da irin wannan fahimtar ko suke kan irin wannan mazhabar, saboda ita kanta Nana A’isha ba ta da fahimtar cewa cewa jagorancinta haramun ne a Musulunci duk kuwa da yawan ilminta da kuma yawan fiqhunta. Haka nan a cikin wadanda suka jagorantar da ita akwai biyu daga cikin Manyan Sahabban da ake kira Al-Ashratul Mubashsharuuna Bil Jannah: Az- Zubair Bin Al-Awwam, da Talha Bin Ubaidil Lah, wadannan manyan Sahabbai da suna da irin wannan fahimta ta haramta jagorancin mace to da ba su jagorantar da Nana A’isha a yakin Jamal ba. 6. Har yanzu Malamai masu ganin halaccin mulkin Mace sun karfafa wannan fahimta tasu da cewa: Idan har a cikin Mata Musulmi wadanda suka riski zamanin Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah za a sami matar da za ta jibinci jagorancin Hisbah duk da irin yawan wahalarsa, to kuwa mene ne zai hana ta jibinci shugabantar wani aiki da bai kai Hisbah wahala ba? Suka ce: Ya zo cikin littafin Hadithi Al-Mu’ujamul Kabiir Hadithi na 20240 kamar haka:- (( ﺣﺪﺛﻨﺎ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺣﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﺣﻨﺒﻞ، ﺣﺪﺛﻨﻲ ﺍﺑﻲ، ﺛﻨﺎ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺳﻄﻲ، ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻲ ﺑﻠﺞ ﻳﺤﻴﻰ ﺑﻦ ﺍﺑﻲ ﺳﻠﻴﻢ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺭﺃﻳﺖ ﺳﻤﺮﺍﺀ ﺑﻨﺖ ﻧﻬﻴﻚ ﻭﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺃﺩﺭﻛﺖ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ : ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺩﺭﻉ ﻏﻠﻴﻆ، ﻭﺧﻤﺎﺭ ﻏﻠﻴﻆ ﺑﻴﺪﻫﺎ ﺳﻮﻁ ﺗﻮﺩﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭﺗﺎﻣﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻌﺮﻭﻑ ﻭﺗﻨﻬﻰ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻜﺮ )). Ma’ana: ((Abdullahi Bin Ahmad Bin Hanbal ya gaya mana, Mahaifina ya gaya mini, Muhammad Bin Yaziid Al- Waasitii ya gaya mana daga Abuu Yahya Bin Abii Sulaiman, ya ce: Na ga Samraa Yar Nahiik wacce ta kasance ta yi zamani da Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah, na gan ta tana sanye da wani dogon riga mai kauri, da wani khimar mai kauri, da bulala a hannunta tana ladabtar da mutane, tana yin umurni da kyautayi tana yin hani ga munkari)). Wannan Hadithi Albaanii ya inganta shi cikin littafin shi mai suna Ar-Raddul Mufhim shafi na 155, da kuma littafin shi mai suna Jilbaabul Mar’atil Muslimah shafi na 101. 7. Idan ‘yan’uwa musulmi suka fahimci wadannan takaitattun bayanai da muka ambata a sama, to za su fahimci cewa ita mas’alar shugabancin mace, watau mace ta kasance ‘yar majalisa, ko Governor, ko shugaban kasa, mas’ala ce ta sabanin malamai watau mas’ala ce Khilafiyyah da sam bai kamata a rika zurfafa surutai a cikinta ba musamman ma a cikin wannan zamani namu. Abin da kawai ya kamata a yi in har an sami irin wannan waa’qi’ah cikin Al’ummah shi ne sai masu hankali da basira cikin Al’ummah su dubi abin da zai fi zama maslaha ga Al’ummar Kasa a idanun Shari’ah. Allah Ya taimake mu. Ameen.
